Producer

Carl Grinter is a highly experienced senior project manager and producer, specialising in live action, animation, visual effects, virtual production, immersive media, XR and AI augmented optimised or generated imagery. As a producer, Carl works across commercial advertising, branded content, documentary, feature film, episodic and music entertainment. Carl and Mark have worked together for the past 20 years, forming a partnership where their creative, technical and craft based practices are balanced with their strategic cultural, social, political, economic and environmental lifestyle business knowledge as it relates to food, beverage and product brand advertising, marketing, digital and social media promotion, experiential media and heritage storytelling. 

Carl has a BSc Honours in Chemistry, an MBA (distinction) from Kingston University Business School and a PhD from University of the Arts London, awarded for practice-based doctoral research. Carl has founded three successful media production and post production companies and been employed across a range of design, live action, visual effects and animation companies as managing director, creative operations director, commercial director, director of production, visual effects supervisor and producer. He has worked across numerous food, beverage and product brands, client and supermarket accounts, including long running accounts with Apple, Proctor and Gamble, Unilever, Burberry, Lancome, Pantene, Emporio Armani, Asda, Iceland, Woolworths advertising FMCG across , food, beverage, couture fashion, beauty and product-based commercials.
